For many nonprofit organizations, especially smaller and medium sized groups, board engagement is an evergreen challenge or concern. Especially during these uncertain times, nonprofits need a board that can be counted on and who is able to support their work.

We’ll discuss how to engage board members throughout their board lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to board meetings and committee service.
