Network for Good Partners With Spring Health to Offer Employees Comprehensive Mental Wellness Benefits

Washington, DC – April 2021 – Network for Good is proud to announce that we’ve launched a new benefit for our US  employee base focused on mental health and wellness.  We believe that our people make this organization what it is, and ultimately, that the health of our people is not separate from the health of our organization. Providing an on-demand solution to support a fundamental aspect of our employees’ overall health – by offering therapy, psychiatry, behavior change, and other support systems – is incredibly important to us.

“The pandemic has challenged us all in ways we never imagined. It has only further highlighted the critical importance of mental health awareness and access to mental health tools,”  said Tana Heer, Senior Manager of People Operations, about the partnership’s importance. “Employers can play an important part in supporting employees and Network for Good is proud to provide Spring Health access to our employees.”

Spring Health offers a single front door experience to members seeking behavioral health support, integrating and simplifying an employee’s journey to optimal mental well-being. Spring Health is excited to serve Network for Goods’ members and their dependents in their mission of supporting the entire field of Nonprofits to fuel their missions.  “Network For Good came to the very first meeting ready to execute on a plan to better support their hardworking team and it’s been a seamless process working with Tana to ensure we are providing the highest quality support for everyone,” said LeMari Porter, Network For Good’s Partner on the Spring Health team.  “We are excited to be supporting this team and their families in their important work.”
