Dr. Renee Rubin Ross works with nonprofit executive directors and board members to create processes that help people feel more invested in the work so that fundraising is more engaging and successful. She has helped numerous nonprofits utilize the power and knowledge of their staff and board members to plan and raise more money. Her consulting practice includes facilitation, training and coaching focused on strategic planning, governance and fundraising. Dr. Ross has worked with many different kinds of nonprofit organizations, including arts and cultural, religious, educational, environmental, social service and advocacy organizations. Renee’s long-time experience in the education sector contributes to the creation and facilitation of inspiring trainings that help people inside of organizations do better work. Dr. Ross is the Program Director of the Cal State East Bay Nonprofit Management Certificate Program and teaches for the program.
